The Power and Pride of Our Voices – El Poder y Orgullo de Nuestras Voces

The Puerto Rican Parade of Fairfield County is a registered 501 C (3) Non-Profit organization that has been established for over 24 years. Our mission is the empowerment of the Puerto Rican community through the promotion of economic development, education, social advancement while acknowledging and celebrating our incredible culture.

Puerto Rican Parade of Fairfield County, Inc., has hosted the largest and most successful parade events in Connecticut; celebrating our rich heritage and history. The parade is a culmination of our annual events in which over 75,000 people from the New England and Tri-State areas participate and attend to celebrate together as one.

We hold pageants to inspire pride, self-confidence, and self-esteem in our children and young adults. Our organization has awarded over $60,000.00 in post-secondary scholarships to our students who have participated in the pageants. Through our community service we have successfully sponsored several events including senior socials, food drives, and recognition and awareness events, among many others. We have also built a strong network of resources for our Puerto Rican and Latino community.
